Nursing and medical disclaimer
Made to Lactate provides nursing assessment, education, care coordination, feeding support, and practical postpartum assistance within the Registered Nurse scope of practice. Services do not replace emergency care, diagnosis, prescribing, pediatric care, obstetric care, or treatment by a physician or advanced-practice provider. Clients may be referred to a higher level of care when concerns fall outside the service scope.
As my client, I will teach you…
#1: How to latch best for optimal feedings and/or getting baby to latch again.
#2: Whether or not baby has a lip or tongue tie (and if it even matters).
#3: Flange size fittings, pumping schedule and best nutrition to keep supply.
#4: How to best store breastmilk for your unique circumstance.
#5: All of your questions answered in detail, with notes to keep you remembering long after your consultation with me.
To decide if I am the right fit for you, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation.
We can discuss goals, plans, and any questions you may have. Please be mindful that during an initial consultation I cannot offer guidance on your individual circumstances — that needs an in-person assessment.
